How he did it is a secret, yet our chef Rudy has developed 100% vegetable dishes, as good as traditional recipes. With less than 200 kcal, you can enjoy vegan penne carbonara, prepared with few ingredients and healthy. All you have to do is try it... and discover all the recipes!

Everything we create would not exist without the Research and Development work that takes place within our production plant: 3000 m2 to study, test, taste and develop which led us to register our first patent for the production process of our risotto.

We are convinced that the only way to please everyone is to please everyone: for this reason, our production includes ready-made pastas, risottos and sauces, both gourmet, with traditional Italian dishes, and plant-based.
