The Food Lab is located inside our production plant in Bovolone, in the province of Verona: a 3000m2 space where we implement and define new ways of cooking, sustainable, scalable and with an eye on innovation, the wallet and to the impact on the environment.

  • Did you know that in the Food Lab we have registered a patent for the risotto production process and we are developing a second one for pasta? Yes, because R&D never stops here.
